FWH2024 registration

Registration for FWH 2024 will open soon!
In this message we will explain how to check if your account is ready for registration, the date of registration opening and how to contact us for questions and concerns.

Please keep in mind that the sites operate independently and don’t share account/login details.

Generic questions can be asked in the telegram channel to which you are invited if you attend earlier editions.
Personal questions/problems
If you have a personal question/problem: for example, an issue with your registration or a question about payment, then please open a support ticket in our contact system.
Help us help you, please be as clear as possible and tell us what would be the best solution for your situation, make sure to include your customer ID and/or order code for last edition.

Email issues
Sometimes our emails take some time to arrive or end up in your spam.
Please allow for some time and check your spam folder if you are not receiving our emails.
If email ends up in your spam folder then please click “not spam” to let your provider know that our email is well… not spam.
If it's been more than a day and you still can’t find our email, then please create a support ticket.

Check your account!
Unfortunately during testing, we noticed that some accounts didn’t save with the correct details.
We are unable to rectify this proactively on our side, so we request you follow the steps below to check if your account is affected and needs our attention.
Check if your account is ready for registration:
You attended FWH 2023 with a full weekend ticket with bed:
Please login to https://tickets.furryweekend.nl/account/ and click on the “memberships” tab, you should see a single entry “FWH attendee 2023” in the column “Membership type” and in the column “attendee name” it should at least say your real surname/family name.
If your account has the membership and your name is correct:
then you are all set to register for FWH 2024 once registration opens.
If you find that there is no name here or the name is incorrect:
then please request a name change by creating a support ticket (include your customer ID in your request) via https://contact.furryweekend.nl
You attended FWH 2023 on a day ticket, or if you didn’t attend FWH 2023
Then you will find that you don’t have a membership here. Once registration opens you will have the options to apply for registration at the ticket selection page.

Payment
FWH aims to keep prices low and fair. That means that the prices we pay are equal to the price you pay. We host our own ticket sales website, and the largest variable is the cost of the payment provider.
Preferred Payment method:
We encourage you to pay via either bank transfer (SEPA), iDeal or bancontact for we pay a fixed low transaction fee on these payment methods.
Credit Card option:
To ensure our international attendees have a viable way of paying their registration aside from SEPA bank transactions, we also offer payment via credit card.
However, transaction fees for credit cards can be as high as 3%, We are not allowed to add a surcharge for the cost. When you use a credit card, we ask you kindly to consider adding the “Voluntary credit card cost offset.” This way we can keep the price low for everyone.
Payment plans:
Can’t pay in full right now? We offer payment plans.
If you are unable to pay everything before the regular payment deadline: Please choose bank transfer. If you selected an other payment method at the bottom you’ll find a button “payment methods” to cancel the payment.) Please contact us via the contact system and select "payments", include your order ID (this is a 5 letter/number combination) and what payment plan you would like (our standard suggestion is 150 euros within 2 weeks and the remainder before January first).

Registration date Full weekend tickets
On December 7th 20:00 the registration for FWH 2024 will open. This will only be for Full weekend tickets; day ticket sales will start at a later date.
Make sure you are logged to see the available ticket options.
If you have attended FWH 2023 with a full weekend ticket, you can directly register for a ticket with a bed in a room.
Once you add the ticket to your cart, the ticket will be reserved for you for up to an hour so you can finalize your registration without having to rush. If you do not finish registration in an hour and people have queued it will go to the next person.
If you want to register for a full weekend ticket but did not attend FWH 2023 with a full weekend ticket,
you can select the product “I'd like to apply for full attendance”

Rooming
You can set up a roomshare to make sure you are in the same room as your friends.
Do keep in mind that you all have the same full weekend ticket type for a bed in a certain room size. in order to join the same room.
In case you want to change room size you can post a message to see if someone wants to swap ticket sizes. You can also create a support ticket and ask if we know someone that wants to swap room type with you.
If your room share is incomplete or choose not to set up/join a room share we will assign you a roomshare.

Registration date Day tickets
On February 26th 20:00 the registration for Saturday day tickets will open.
For this edition we only have day tickets available for Saturday between 13:00 and 17:00
Day tickets are the only option for Minors to attend FWH, minors can not attend on their own and have to be accompanied by their parents/legal guardians.
